Due to COVID-19 shipping times may be longer than expected. If you have selected express shipping, we will ship express but Canada Post can't guarantee the delivery within time frame given. Canada Post is working hard to deliver parcels. Your parcels may take 2 weeks longer than expected delivery time as per Canada Post Covid-19 updates. We are unable to open any ticket with Canada Post until after that period. Customer safety is our top priority and we are thoroughly disinfecting all shipping areas regularly.
For same day processing and shipping orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped the same business day, Monday to Friday, or the following business day if your order is placed on a weekend. Shipping take 3 to 7 business days, depending upon the destination location.
In case of extreme weather all parcels may experience delays.
Orders are packaged in plain, unmarked boxes. Your privacy is guaranteed with us. We never share or sell email addresses or personal information with other companies, and we don't save Credit Card details.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In the unlikely event that the item you order is not in stock, we will notify you by email. We may suggest other suitable items of a similar nature as replacement or issue a full refund.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept any returns. Products are verified for functionality before they are shipped out. All refused packages are subject to a 50% restocking fee on top of our incurred shipping costs.
Please make sure to verify your address before confirming order. If there is any unit number, Apartment # must be added. Once the order is placed we are unable to change or edit your address. The parcel will be shipped to the address provided. If the parcel comes back then our standard policy of refusal of parcel will apply. Majority of the parcels to multi story buildings are sent with Canada Post and card for pickup will be requested.
Our office hours are 9 AM - 4 PM Mon - Fri. Orders are generally shipped the same day. Once the order is shipped there is no way we can cancel this. We try our best to accommodate cancellation in due time but if it has already been shipped, it can't be cancelled. If you initiate a cancellation before shipping via phone call, a processing fee incurred won't be refunded, and will be the buyer's responsibility. If Cupid Boutique cancels your order for any reason a full refund will be issued.
