When I first saw it live, I was leery of two things, the rotating action and the over-all size of the device. Still the mouth opening did look big enough to accommodate thicker members. I have since found the rotating and trusting action to be very acceptable, the opening a good size, and the case bulk is just right for its operation, although it will require planning for a discrete storage location. Not wanting to depend on battery life for completion of the job, I soldered in a 2.1mm jack across the two lower battery terminals and it sits inside the battery compartment. I obtained a 6V 500mA adapter with a cord and a plug that will enter the compartment in the middle of the unit, covered by the slider. Then I can plug in and go as long as it takes. With a good lube, sessions start cool, but warm up quickly with the action in the Textured Sleeve. The lube tube can be used to push the sleeve into the housing. It may look menacing but it provides various sensations which can be adjusted by changing the position of the device, up, down, side to side and forward or back. Pull back loose skin for best results. As a Head Exciter, it was meant to be used at minimum depth, but it will also allow for enough length to get the job done. Going too deep too fast can cause it to choke, but that is a natural effect anyway! Since the motor can be stalled and will recover, it indicates that there is less chance of burnout. If the device stops completely, it will more likely require battery replacement. The three speeds are great, and allow for different activity to match the moment's needs. The slow speed is adequate for startups or longer timing, and the middle speed is often enjoyable for finishing. The top speed will probably result in a fast finish. This device can complete the job even in times of operator low energy. As they said, the removable Textured Sleeve is easy to clean with soap and water and since all the action occurs within, there is no other mess to clean up. The removable sleeve can also be used alone without the power device when the need for quieter sessions happens. The motor can be heard though a closed door in a quiet setting.
